We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, primarily English-speaking Canadians. This is a part-time position, requiring excellent communication skills and previous experience in computer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to our English-speaking clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install new software and hardware as needed
- Train clients on how to use various computer programs
- Maintain detailed records of all support activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, as most of our clients are Canadian
- Previous experience in computer support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS
- Familiarity with common software programs and applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport for easy travel between Canada and Russia

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
