Part-Time Librarian
City: Lom, Bulgaria


We are currently seeking a part-time Librarian to join our team at the Lom Public Library. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with research and finding materials, managing library resources, and organizing library events and programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Experience working in a library setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Bulgarian language

Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons with locating materials and providing information on library resources
- Manage circulation activities, including checking out and returning materials, collecting fines, and updating records
- Maintain organization of library materials, including shelving books and other materials in their proper locations
- Create engaging displays and programs to promote the use of library resources
- Participate in collection development by recommending new materials for purchase
- Provide reference services to patrons using various print and electronic resources

Benefits:
