Part-Time Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Gujrat. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and sites. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other architects to ensure that preservation projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys and assessments of historical buildings and sites to determine preservation needs
- Developing preservation plans and proposals for clients
- Collaborating with contractors and other architects to oversee restoration projects
- Ensuring that all restoration work adheres to historical preservation guidelines and regulations
- Preparing detailed reports on the condition of historical buildings and sites
- Conducting research on historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance of preserved buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation guidelines, regulations, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
