Office Assistant in La-Condamine, Monaco
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Keeping track of office expenses and preparing reports as needed
- Assisting with organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Providing general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
