Android Developer - St-Petersburg, Russia


We are a fast-growing mobile development company, looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. We are specifically looking for a Malayalee candidate who is fluent in English and able to work independently without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development
- Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and different versions of Android
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Good communication skills in English
