Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented individuals and contribute to the success of our organization.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, delegating tasks and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, support and coaching to team members, as well as conducting performance evaluations and setting development goals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, excellent communication skills and a track record of successfully managing teams. A strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to prioritize tasks is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees including task delegation, performance evaluations and development planning
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Provide guidance, support and coaching to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to upper management
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing development opportunities for existing team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in order to drive innovation within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
