Instrument Technician

We are hiring an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Khanpur on a contract basis. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating a variety of instruments and equipment used in industrial and manufacturing settings. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise with these instruments and ensuring they are functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as experience working with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, and controllers. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of instruments used in industrial processes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all instruments are functioning properly
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions with instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records of instrument performance
- Order necessary parts or components when needed

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and principles
- Experience working with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, controllers, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
