Hotel Sales Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent customer service for guests
- Create and maintain detailed reports on sales performance, including revenue forecasts
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. Accommodation may be provided for candidates who do not currently reside in Faro.
