Concrete Worker

A reputable construction company in Wiltz is seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces to create strong and durable structures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up scaffolding, mixing concrete, and placing forms
- Pour concrete into forms and use tools such as trowels and screeds to spread and smooth it
- Use various techniques to create desired textures on the surface of the concrete
- Monitor the drying process and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper curing
- Repair any imperfections or cracks in the finished surface
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker
- Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their purposes
- Familiarity with various tools used in concrete work such as trowels, screeds, and power saws
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for our employees.
