Handyman
The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in and around the city of Mombasa. They will work on both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are in good condition and any issues are promptly addressed. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills. This position is suitable for men of any nationality who have a valid visa for working in Mombasa. No English language skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing furniture, building shelves, and installing fixtures
- Handle plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing pipes
- Conduct electrical work such as changing light bulbs, fixing outlets, and troubleshooting wiring issues
- Complete general repairs around properties including painting walls, patching holes, and fixing appliances
- Respond to maintenance requests from property owners or managers in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks
- Valid visa for working in Mombasa (for non-Kenyans)
- Availability to work flexible hours when needed

Salary: This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month.
