We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cad Draftsman to join our team in Malindi. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and precise drawings for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from team members
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines
- Maintain organized files of all drafts and communicate any changes or updates to team members
- Conduct quality checks on all drafts before final submission
- Stay updated on industry standards and new drafting techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in drafting or CAD preferred
- Proven experience as a Cad Draftsman or similar role
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent technical drawing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
