Concierge - Luxury Hotel (Khanpur)


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Khanpur. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. Your main duties will include making reservations for restaurants, shows, and events, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the local area. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. You must also be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
