Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor



We are currently hiring for the position of Warehouse Supervisor in Fonvieille. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will also be in charge of managing a team of warehouse workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they follow safety procedures and meet performance targets.
- Monitor and maintain equipment used in the warehouse.
- Develop and implement processes to improve workflow and increase efficiency.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Participate in the recruitment process for new warehouse staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations for warehouse workers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software systems.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
