Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant at our growing company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main role will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product knowledge and recommendations, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via email, chat or phone
- Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required

Salary: $1500 per month (full-time)

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (remote work is possible)
