Office Manager for Canadian Company in Ashdod, Israel
Our Canadian company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain office records and ensure they are properly filed and organized
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Handle expenses and reimbursements for employees
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hebrew is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Ashdod, Israel. The salary for this role is $1600 per month. Our company offers biometric passport assistance for our employees. Accommodation can also be provided if necessary.
