We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms in production environments
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can be used to improve processes
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability for model training and testing
- Continuously research new tools, technologies, and methods in the field of machine learning to improve performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL or other tools
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects
