Excavator Operator


We are a construction company based in Kaunas, seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move earth, materials, and equipment on construction sites. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. Indian nationals with English speaking abilities and their own visa are preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator efficiently and safely according to instructions
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Dig trenches, ditches, or holes according to specific requirements
- Load and unload materials from trucks using excavator
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an excavator operator or similar role
- Valid license or certification for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Physical stamina and strength to operate equipment for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English
