Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of excavators to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators according to safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Ensure accurate excavation depths and slope angles as per specifications
- Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
