Junior Developer - Entry Level


We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Developer to join our dynamic team in Akron. As an entry level position, this role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field of software development. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to learn and develop your skills in coding, debugging, and testing software applications. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of new features
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces
- Troubleshoot and debug code to fix issues and improve overall functionality
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Continuously learn new technologies and best practices in software development
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies
- No prior professional experience required
