Indian Executive Chef in Eldoret
As an Indian Executive Chef in Eldoret, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations. Your main duties will include creating menus and recipes, managing food preparation and presentation, training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and managing inventory and budget.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. You should also have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity. A biometric passport is preferred for travel purposes.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required.
This is a temporary position with a salary of 1600$, including accommodation. Candidates without prior experience may also apply as training will be provided.
