Contract Office Manager - Karachi, Pakistan
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Office Manager for a contract position in Karachi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, organizing schedules and meetings, and overseeing office maintenance. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Office Manager and excellent organizational skills. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so preference will be given to candidates with their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including maintaining records, organizing schedules, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office maintenance to ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Maintain company databases and filing systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa preferred
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
