Responsibilities:
- Develop creative architectural concepts and designs for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design plans
- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Review project progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and other relevant standards
- Mentor junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
