In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of building facades in the city of Alta. As a Facade Specialist, you will work on a variety of projects, both new construction and renovation, requiring your expertise in materials selection and installation techniques. Your attention to detail and ability to problem solve will be essential as you collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create visually stunning and functional facades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing facades to identify any issues or areas in need of repair or replacement
- Collaborate with architectural teams to develop facade designs that meet structural requirements while also achieving desired aesthetic results
- Review project plans and specifications to determine appropriate materials and installation methods
- Source high-quality materials within budget constraints and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Oversee the installation process, ensuring proper techniques are used and addressing any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with building facades in a technical role
- Thorough understanding of facade materials, including glass, metal panels, stone, and concrete
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to facades
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively when faced with challenges
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels
