Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Vilnius. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes, maintaining inventory and ensuring high quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes
- Create new recipes that align with our menu and customer preferences
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure high quality standards are met in all pastry products
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new dessert offerings for special events or occasions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Creativity in designing new desserts and flavors
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being able to improvise when needed
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality standards are met
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Salary: 1300$

Location: Vilnius (Preference for Malayalee or English-speaking candidate)
