Architecture Manager - Egyptian Nationals



We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Review and approve all architectural design drawings
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
