We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction process of various projects within our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for foreigners without the requirement of English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the design and construction process for multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review and approve designs, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Monitor progress of projects and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
