Instrument Technician

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Bungoma. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial and manufacturing settings. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and equipment according to specifications and safety standards
- Perform regular maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with instruments or equipment
- Calibrate instruments as needed to maintain accuracy
- Maintain records of all instrument maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on projects involving instrumentation
- Stay up-to-date on new technology and industry trends related to instrumentation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of various types of instrumentation, such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and temperature sensors
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to instrumentation work
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
