Part-Time Architectural Designer (Multan, Pakistan)



We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Multan, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans based on client requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models and renderings
- Ensure that all designs are compliant with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and equipment
- Provide support during construction phase to ensure design specifications are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
