As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for creating and formatting text and images for various printed materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers. This is a contract job based in Karachi with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand the author's manuscript or copy to determine the appropriate layout and design
- Select suitable fonts, sizes, and styles to enhance readability and aesthetics of the text
- Insert illustrations, tables, charts, and other visual elements as needed
- Proofread and make necessary corrections to ensure accuracy of text and design
- Collaborate with editors, writers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality printed materials
- Use computer software programs such as Adobe InDesign to create layouts and design elements
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this position; however, knowledge of typesetting principles and software programs is preferred
- Proficient in English language with excellent grammar skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Must have own visa for employment in Karachi
