Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in El-Ain. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their needs and requests, providing information and recommendations about local attractions and activities, making reservations and arrangements on behalf of guests, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and are able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who have a passion for hospitality and customer service. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. As this role involves interacting with guests from different backgrounds, we prefer candidates who have strong cultural awareness and sensitivity. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for successful candidates.
