Job Title: Tutor for English as a Second Language (ESL)

A reputable language academy in Albena is seeking experienced and passionate ESL tutors to join our team. This is a full-time position, perfect for individuals who are passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the English language. Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or group lessons with students of all levels
- Creating lesson plans based on student needs and goals
- Evaluating student progress and providing feedback
- Utilizing various teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective
- Communicating with students' parents or guardians regarding their progress

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL to non-native speakers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
