Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist to join our growing team in Ufa. As a specialist in the field of crypto and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to the buying, selling, and trading of NFTs. This is a contract role with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.

In this role, you will work closely with our legal team to ensure that all contracts adhere to company policies and comply with relevant laws and regulations. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure that all contracts align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NFTs, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology. Previous experience in contract drafting or negotiation is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, including those without prior work experience or English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to NFT buying, selling, and trading
- Collaborate with legal team to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws
- Work with other departments to align contracts with business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations and revisions
- Stay updated on industry trends in NFTs, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of NFTs, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies in contracts
- Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (preferred)

This is a contract role based in Ufa. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities and backgrounds, proficiency in English is preferred.
