Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, India. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery according to safety standards and production guidelines
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production
- Keep accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Familiarity with using various tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime if needed
