Computer Support Technician


We are seeking a qualified Computer Support Technician to join our team in Lahore. As a Contract Computer Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up and maintain user accounts
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and peripherals
- Train clients on how to use new equipment or software
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Customer service experience is a plus
