Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and resolve any computer-related issues they may have. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and installing and updating software.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and your team members.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and update software on client computers
- Set up new computers for clients
- Maintain computer systems and perform regular updates
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: 1800$ per month
