Part-time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and maintaining network and security protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install and configure new computer systems, including operating systems and software
- Maintain network security protocols and regularly update virus protection software
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users
- Document all technical procedures for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of computer support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in technical support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting common computer issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
- Biometric passport preferred
