Machine Operator Assistant

Our company in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator Assistant who is fluent in English and has the ability to work without accommodation. This position is open to individuals of any nationality, but preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.

As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the machine operator with the setup, operation, and maintenance of various machines used in our production process. You will work closely with the machine operator to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic understanding of machine operation and be able to follow instructions accurately. They should also have good communication skills, as they will need to work closely with other team members to achieve production goals. Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but it would be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the machine operator with setting up machines for production
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running properly
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify the machine operator when supplies need to be replenished
- Help troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be considered an asset)
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Basic understanding of machine operation
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
