Job Title: Indian Administrator in Abu Dhabi
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Communicate with clients and other team members via email or phone.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Abu Dhabi.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrator or a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: 1200$ per month
Employment Type: Contract
