Maintenance and Repair Technician

As a Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include fixing and installing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as repairing appliances, furniture, and other equipment. You will also be expected to troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of buildings.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in a similar setting. A strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is also essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
