Senior Architect - Chelyabinsk, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet functional and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using various design software programs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, construction methods, materials, and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk but candidates from all nationalities are welcome.
