Junior Database Administrator

As a Junior Database Administrator, you will assist in the management and maintenance of our company's database systems. This includes ensuring data security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also work closely with the senior database administrator to implement new database features and technologies. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement data security measures to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with the senior database administrator to develop and implement new features and technologies
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Create and maintain documentation on database processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
- Familiarity with data security principles
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:
- Previous experience as a junior database administrator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Experience with database performance tuning techniques
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Oracle Certified Associate)

Location: Sheduva, Pakistan (open to foreigners)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
