Job Title: Part-Time Team Lead


We are currently seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to join our growing team in Faisalabad. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to ensure understanding of objectives and expectations
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions to address them
- Serve as a mentor for team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Must be able to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad but remote work options may be available for qualified candidates.
