Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. Your main focus will be on creating functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution processes. You will also collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and layouts using design software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Liaise with contractors during construction to ensure compliance with plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (open to all nationalities)
