We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and efficient design solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, including budget, timeline, and functional needs
- Develop detailed designs using CAD software
- Create construction documents and specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
