Industrial Architect
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is executed correctly and meets client expectations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and make necessary changes to the design as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working on industrial projects preferred
