Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Nizwa



Our luxury hotel in Nizwa is seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge to join our team. This position is perfect for an English-speaking individual, preferably of Indian nationality, looking for a job without experience requirements. We are looking for someone who holds their own visa and is able to work independently.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations and bookings for guests, recommending local attractions and activities, and handling any guest inquiries or complaints. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills are a must, as you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

This position is suitable for men who are able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. As our hotel caters to a diverse international clientele, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.
