Concierge
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience during their stay. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position and no previous experience is required. Own visa holders and female candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other facilities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly, welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Nizwa (open to all nationalities)
Visa: Own visa holders preferred (sponsorship available if needed)
