Concierge Coordinator

As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and visitors. You will serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests, ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties will include coordinating reservations and bookings, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and events, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all guest areas. You must have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam to effectively assist guests from various backgrounds. This position also requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
