Job Title: Merchandiser

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team in Gujrat. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and consumer preferences, and use this information to develop effective merchandising plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies based on market trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of merchandising plans with overall business goals
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, availability, and presentation
- Identify opportunities for product placement in high traffic areas to increase visibility and drive sales
- Analyze sales data to track performance of different product lines and make recommendations for future merchandise assortments
- Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of new products or promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and market trends
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proven project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to travel frequently for store visits within Gujrat or other locations as needed

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with visa sponsorship for all nationalities.
