Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager for our company in El-Ain, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects in Egypt. Your role will involve planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all activities to ensure the successful completion of projects within given timelines and budgets. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Review project designs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in Egypt is preferred
- Experience working with contractors, architects, engineers is required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
